The majority of calls are from parents booking parties for their kids but we also do corporate events. Many are time stretched but the more information we can get the quicker we are able to help them.
Post Code helps us to assign the right customer service agent for their area. If they are not comfortable giving a post code then a county, region or town will do.
E-mail is used by our customer support to ensure we can communicate quickly with our customers as phones can be harder to answer.
Phone is critical to ensure we can get back to them promptly, mobile is usually best.
