Gamewagon TM Limited is referred to as ‘GWL’.
A booking date and time is confirmed when the deposit has been paid. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The initial deposit is 50% of the total amount of the booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid in full 5 days prior to the event.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties
We are aware that your plans can change from time to time. Cancellations must be made in writing or e-mail. We will try where possible to help reschedule as needed but if an event does need to be cancelled the following refund schedule is provided;
- 4 weeks or more prior to the event then 100% refund of payment received.
- Within 4-2 weeks prior to the event then 50% refund of payment received.
- Less than 2 weeks prior to the event then 0% refund of payment received but can be exchanged or rebooked within the next 12 months.
Payment by bank transfer or credit card is preferred. Any cheques returned not cleared by our bankers will be subject to a £35.00 charge.
Unforeseen Circumstances & Liability
We do absolutely everything within our power to ensure we arrive on time and deliver an memorable experience for you and your guests. There are occasionally issues beyond our control that get in the way of that mission.
We very rarely cancel, alter, or delay any booking unless forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, such as serious illness, severe weather or any other circumstances which would subject GWL or any of its employees or any of its participants to danger. We will communicate such issues as soon as possible and offer alternatives as quickly as possible.
In the event of traffic or other such uncontrollable circumstances preventing us from being able to fulfil our mission our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event or a pro rata reduction in the party hire fee in the event of delayed start. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings. Depending on the situation we will also offer to exchange the booking to another date.
Safety of Participants
The directors of GWL reserve the right to send away any person who in their judgement is found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety or enjoyment of others. In this event no refund will be given. Any additional costs involved in removing the participant will be borne by the client.
For the comfort, health and safety of all concerned, there will be no smoking during any of the activities. The Company will accept no liability for problems arising from failure to accept and/or respond to the authority and instructions of the appointed staff.
Age Appropriate Gaming
The Company will not allow individuals to play games, which are not of a suitable age rating. The age appropriateness of games is set by PEGI and is now governed by UK law.
Any photographs, videos, or other recorded media may only be used by GWL for the purposes of marketing or advertising with your expressed permission. This ensures there are no safeguarding issues that are of paramount importance to GWL.
In the event of any damages caused by participants to vehicles or equipment in use by GWL, except by fair wear and tear, the client will be charged the full replacement cost. Any damages must be reported to a member of GWL immediately.
All information given in any literature produced by or on behalf of The Company is given in good faith and is intended as a guide to services available and may be altered without notice to suit differing seasonal or other conditions. All information is correct at time of going to press.
In the rare instance that you have any complaint during your booking, please notify your GWL representative immediately. We will then do our utmost to find a speedy and satisfactory solution. In the event that you are not satisfied then please explain in writing to the managing director of GWL as soon as possible after the date of your booking. Your feedback is important and will be treated as such.
