We bring the Danger Zone VR Arena to your location, complete with everything needed — headsets, gaming PC, controllers, and more.
We also set up a projector and screen so guests who aren't playing can watch the action unfold in real time. Setup takes around 30 minutes.
Our V-GEM (Virtual Game Experience Manager) runs the whole party and gives each player a quick orientation. It's super easy to pick up, and they stay connected via mic to guide players during the game if needed.
We can set up the VR Arena anywhere with a flat surface and access to a plug socket. We've hosted parties in:
Four to six players enter the arena at a time. Each game lasts around 10-20 minutes, and we rotate players throughout the party to ensure everyone gets equal play time.
The minimum space required is 3m x 3m. A 5m x 5m area gives players more room to move and enables access to additional games.
This is our 3x3 metre VR Arena set up outdoors on a driveway. We can set up outside so long as there is no rain: when booking we always ask that there is an alternative indoor space we can switch to in case of bad weather.
Our mobile VR Arena is perfect for birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, school fairs, corporate events, and team-building sessions. It's a fully self-contained, high-energy experience run entirely by our professional V-GEM — so you can relax and enjoy the fun.

Want longer? Add extra time for £50 per 30 minutes.
We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, this deposit is refundable up to 7 days before the party date. We send a request for the final payment 7 days before the party date.
We accept Paypal, Credit / Debit Cards / Bank transfer and if paying by Paypal you can split the cost of the party into 3 equal payments.
4 people can play at once and we rotate groups every 10 minutes.
No, our VR parties are for ages 9 upwards and are great for adults too.
Up to 12 – although groups of 8 or fewer will get more play time. We rotate players between games and use a projector and screen so those not playing can watch the action.
We need a minimum space of 3m x 3m to set up our VR arena. 5m x 5m is preferable as it allows more room for movement and more games to be played.
Yes, we can set up outside as long as we can access a power socket. We carry a 25-metre extension lead if needed.
We need about 30 minutes to set up and another 30 minutes to pack away.
We always require there be a standby indoor space we can move to in case of bad weather.
Yes, we have full public liability insurance.
Yes, we can set up in a hired hall or venue as long as there is a power supply. This is actually our preferred option as it allows us to set up the biggest arena possible.
Yes, our VR parties are for ages 8 and up.
Yes, we have a wide selection of games to suit different age groups and interests.

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. You can also split your payment into 3 using PayPal's 'Pay in 3' option.
We take a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. It's refundable up to 7 days before the party. Final payment is due 7 days prior. Cancellations within 7 days aren't refundable, but you can move the date.
Yes - our minimum booking time is 120 minutes.
Yes - you can extend your party in 30-minute blocks at £50 each.
Yes - the VR Arena is completely safe. Players can see each other in the game, our Games Master supervises, and the arena is enclosed. Players are warned if they get too close to the edge.
We can supply a generator for an additional £50.
All electrical equipment is PAT tested yearly, we have full RAMS for public events and our staff are enhanced DBS certified.
