Easy Setup at Your Wedding Venue

Whatever your wedding venue — church, hotel, barn or marquee — our mobile gaming options are quick and easy to set up without fuss or mess. The Gamewagon gaming bus simply parks up outside your venue, while the DangerZone VR arena can be set up in a variety of indoor spaces.

The gaming event is run completely by our staff who remain with the players at all times, so you can relax knowing that everything is taken care of.

Gamewagon

Gamewagon dimensions are 7.4 × 2.5 metres (8 metres space needed with the rear doors open).

We need access to a standard 240v power socket within 25m (a generator can be provided if necessary). The bus is fully self-contained and weatherproof, so there’s no need to set up anything inside your venue.

DangerZoneVR Arena

Our standard arena is 5 metres squared, or 3 metres if space is tight. We can also set up in a custom sized area — we just need to know the details.

The VR arena is a safe, cordoned space marshalled by our Games Manager at all times. A maximum of 4–6 players can use the VR Arena at any one time — our staff will set the game times and rotate players to ensure everyone is able to play. We can set up outside but there must be a standby indoor space in case of bad weather.

Wedding Entertainment FAQ

How do the Gaming Bus or VR Arena fit into a wedding day?

Most couples book us during photos, speeches or room turnarounds. We keep kids (and even grown-ups) fully entertained so you can relax and enjoy the day.

Is it suitable for barns, marquees, or hotels?

Yes — our setups are venue-friendly. The Gaming Bus stays outside, while the VR Arena is self-contained with protective barriers, making it safe for barns, marquees and hotel function rooms.

How many children or guests can play at once?

The Gaming Bus hosts up to 15 players (12 for older groups). The VR Arena runs 4–6 players at a time with quick swaps, so everyone gets a turn.

Do you need power or Wi-Fi at wedding venues?

We only need a standard 240v socket within 25m. Wi-Fi is not required (except for Fortnite if requested). We can also supply a generator if power isn’t available.

Will it disturb the wedding speeches or evening entertainment?

Not at all — our setups are supervised and self-contained. Kids are happily occupied while the rest of the day runs smoothly. We can also pause games if a key moment needs everyone’s attention.

Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes — all events are fully insured, PAT tested and risk assessed. Staff are Enhanced DBS checked and experienced with large family events.
